How to File a Complaint
If you have a complaint regarding MavoEX's services or conduct, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

Complaint Handling Process
1.Submission: Submit your complaint in writing to complaints@mavoex.com with detailed information about the issue
2.Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days
3.Investigation: Our compliance team will investigate your complaint thoroughly
4.Resolution: We will provide a detailed response within 30 days of receiving your complaint
External Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our internal complaint resolution, you may have the right to refer your complaint to an external dispute resolution body or competent authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
For complaints related to MiCA compliance, you may contact the competent national authority in the Netherlands or your country of residence.
